At Sweet Life Cake Supply, we want your baking projects to be a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully package the unused, unopened supplies in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
